Oh Shucks!

Inevitably, it's always the end of the summer when I remember how much I love corn on the cob. Unfortunately, by now (mid-September) it's almost too late, since all of the delicious MN grown sweet corn is about out of season. Alas, I travel early every Saturday morning to the Farmers Market in Minneapolis hoping for an ear or two...

I guess I'll just have to settle for all the other delicious "fall" foods...like apples :)
